Despite a pandemic that has seen the economy in Western Oklahoma take a hit, one city leader says his community is seeing good sales and use tax numbers.
Cordell City Manager J.C. Moser says the financial state of the city is in fairly good shape thanks in large part to online shopping.
Moser says he suspects other small communities that don’t have access to large stores are also benefiting from online sales.
