A Sayre man charged with multiple felonies including child neglect and kidnapping has been apprehended.
According to the Elk City Police Department’s Facebook page with the help of Oklahoma City Police, 38-year-old Dillon Thomas Marshall has been arrested.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Marshall allegedly physically attacked the woman pregnant with his child at least two separate times, where she received bruises and even a broken finger – despite having previous protective orders and previous domestic abuse charges with the woman.
The victim also told investigators Marshall forced her to use methamphetamine while pregnant and hit her in the stomach with a phone during one of the incidents.
Along with the child neglect and kidnapping charges, court records show Marshall also faces a domestic assault and battery against a pregnant woman charge.
Bond for Marshall was set at $200,000.
A court date for the defendant is pending.
