Work is proceeding for an orderly end to operations of AllianceHealth Clinton when the lease expires effective December 31, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.
Patients who are experiencing a medical emergency, childbirth or otherwise, can continue coming to AllianceHealth Clinton ER while it remains open. The experienced team is trained to provide emergency medical care and, if needed, can arrange for a transfer to a higher level of care. The ER will continue to accept patients until noon on December 31.
The facility is no longer admitting new patients to the acute inpatient medical/surgical, inpatient rehabilitation, or swing bed (skilled nursing) units. Patients who need those services will be stabilized, then transferred out to other facilities.
AllianceHealth leaders are working to support the January 1, 2023 transition to Carrus Health, the facility manager contracted by the City of Clinton.
After December 31, patients can request medical records for care received at AllianceHealth Clinton by contacting:

You may also request medical records online. Visit AllianceHealthDurant.com, select Patient & Visitors, then click on Request Medical Records. Patient portal access will continue to be available after December 31, 2022 using the same MyHealthHome account you have already established.
All requests for medical records must be in writing. Copy fees may apply.
Mammography
If you had your mammograms performed at AllianceHealth Clinton and need those images transferred to another facility, please call the AllianceHealth Durant Medical Records Department at 580-931-2045 to complete a records release to have the images sent to the new location. You can also provide the Durant Medical Records phone number to the facility where you will be going for your next mammogram and they can call Durant directly to get the images released.
