During the latest Elk City Commissioners proceedings, City Treasurer Lisa Church reported the latest sales, use, and cigarette tax numbers. Once again, sales tax intake looked strong, being over $1 million dollars.
Church also reported to the commission that CARES Act money has been received by the city. She says through the FFA, the Elk City Municipal Airport received $30,000 that will go towards salaries and supplies.
Church also says the city’s ambulance service has received just over $31,000 in CARES Act funding.
