Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) agents are investigating the suspicious death of a New Mexico man.
The Washita County Sheriff’s Office requested OSBI assistance after a body was discovered in a vacant home near Dill City on April 29, 2022. OSBI officials said on Tuesday the deceased man was identified as Patrick Mitchell Jacob Woods of Roswell, New Mexico. Woods’ family said he was known to hitchhike between Roswell and Norman and was last seen in Norman near the end of March.
OSBI asks that if anyone who saw Woods, gave him a ride, or has any information pertaining to his death can contact the OSBI at (800) 522-8017 or email tips@osbi.ok.gov.
