Details are limited, but It was announced over the weekend that the The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is investigating a death in Clinton.
OSBI officials said they were contacted by Clinton Police to investigate the death of 48-year-old Lyman Weaslebear Jr. who passed away Friday night at around 11:30.
Police were dispatched to a residence in the 600 block of West Modelle at around 10:50pm Friday where they said a possible altercation had taken place.
OSBI officials said the State Medical Examiner’s Office will be determining the exact manner of death, and that the case is an open investigation and has asked anyone with information to contact Clinton police or contact the OSBI via email at tips@osbi.ok.gov.
