No charges will be handed out after a man was shot in the leg in Beckham County recently.
Beckham County Sheriff Derek Manning says deputies were dispatched to the home on a call for a welfare check and when they arrived they found that a father and son had gotten into a dispute.
The names of both the shooting victim and the shooter were not released.
