An empty semi caught fire in Elk City Wednesday afternoon.
Thanks to the quick response by the Elk City Fire Department, no other vehicles or structures were damaged in the blaze.
According to Assistant Chief Brian Pierce it took crews all of three minutes from arrival on scene to control the fire and contain it to the semi.
Pierce said there were no injuries, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
