A Weatherford man is wanted in Custer County after being charged with three counts of sexual battery.
According to court records, an outstanding warrant for the arrest of 22-year-old Justin Louise Lopez was issued on October 11 after receiving the charges in Custer County District Court after he allegedly inappropriately touched three coworkers on three separate occasions between August 21 and September 4.
Initial bond was set at $150,000.
As of press time, Lopez has not been arrested.
