A five vehicle crash early Saturday morning that left one man dead is under investigation.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the accident occurred shortly after 1 a.m. Saturday in the east bound lanes of Interstate 40 near mile marker 79.
As a result, Troopers said 32-year-old Joshua A. Cook of Clinton was pronounced deceased on the scene.
Four other drivers and a passenger in separate vehicles were not injured in the crash.
OHP noted that the condition of the four drivers who did not sustain injuries were “apparently normal.
Troopers listed both the cause of the accident and the condition of deceased as still being under investigation.
