Protective Orders Against OCPA Employees Dismissed in Custer County

July 6, 2022

By News Director Jared Atha

The wife of recently re-elected State Representative Anthony Moore has dismissed her protective orders she filed prior to the June 28 primary election.

Rachel Moore originally made the filings last month shortly after allegedly receiving harassing text messages that she said were damaging in nature and stated that she wanted to make sure they stopped.

Mrs. Moore said the matter was resolved to the satisfaction of all parties which resulted in the dismissal of the protective orders against employees of Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs.

Individuals the orders were filed against were Dave Bond, Ray Cater, Mattison Miles, Hallie Milner, and Johnathan Small.

It’s unclear if more charges could be filed in the cases.

Anthony Moore retained his House District 57 seat by defeating Republican challenger Kristen Kelley Poisson in last month’s primary election.
