Corpus Christi Man Busted in Custer County – Illegal Drugs

A Corpus Christi, Texas man was arrested near Clinton recently and was found to be in possession of multiple illegal narcotics.

According to court documents, 30-year-old Dylan Donald Spencer was pulled over by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol on September 24 on eastbound Interstate 40 near mile marker 71 and was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, medical marijuana – however he did not have a license for the medicinal drug, and was found to be in possession of a syringe, a white pipe and a spoon which is considered drug paraphernalia.

Spencer was arrested and booked into the Custer Count Jail.

He was formally charged on September 25 with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs – a felony, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of medical marijuana without a license, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Spencer’s first court date is scheduled for October 23.
